"Vincent van Gogh was born in the Netherlands in 1853. He began painting in his late twenties and became one of the most famous artists in the world. He struggled with mental illness and poverty throughout his life, which influenced many of his works. Despite creating over 2,100 artworks, including 860 oil paintings, van Gogh was virtually unknown during his lifetime. His most famous works include Starry Night, Sunflowers, and The Bedroom. He died in 1890 at the age of 37, having sold only one painting during his lifetime."

Pride and Prejudice
Pride and Prejudice is a romantic novel by Jane Austen, focusing on the concept of love during the late 18th century in England. In fact Jane Austen originally titled her novel First Impressions. The novel revolves around the importance of marrying for love, not simply for money, despite the social pressures to make a good (i.e. wealthy) match. The comedy of the writing lies in the depiction of manners, education, marriage and money during the British Regency period.
