Let's take a look at a Special Day on the European calender!
26th September, a day dedicated to the european Languages
On 26 September, the EU celebrates the richness of its languages and cultures through the European Day of Languages. This is an opportunity for people, schools and organisations across Europe to discover the fun of learning new languages and to find out why multilingualism matters.
The European Day of Languages
Let's take the following steps!
Step 1: Volunteer!
Step 2: Pick one of the European languages and one word you are to work with: (FRIENDSHIP – DIVERSITY – RESPECT – PEACE – UNITY – FREEDOM – EQUALITY - INCLUSION - SOLIDARITY - EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS - OPPORTUNITIES - MOBILITY )
Step 3: Do either :
a) Record your voice reading the word in a European language of your choice. Make sure noother has chosen the same language!

b) Be inspired and write an acronym for/ with the word of your choice. Add a picture for this word.
Make a slide with the acronym and the picture. Send it!

c) Draw with the help of ICT or AI apps the meaning of the word you choose. Make sure you include the word in any European language on the creative work.
Send it.
d) Draw in pencil/ coal or colors the meaning of the word of your choice. Make sure to include the word in any of the European languages on your drawing.
Make sure in any of your choice of creation to include your name like : Antonia V. (A1 class, 2026)
