Βήμα 1

- What’s the weather like today?

- It’s sunny and hot.

- What season is it?

- It's summer!

- It’s hot. Phew! Let’s go to the beach!

- Look! This is my hat and sunglasses. This is my sun cream! 

Let's jump in the water! Let's swim in the sea!  Now let's go out.

What can we do now? 

We can play beach volley. Let's play beach volley!

What else can we do now? We can play rackets. Let's play rackets!

I'm tired now. What can we do now? We can eat ice cream! Yum! Yum!

We can play in the sand. We can make a sandcastle!

Do you like the sea? Do you like swimming? Do you like ice cream?

Βήμα 2

1. Present the picture: "Look! Tina’s on the beach. She’s swimming. Look at Daddy! He’s fishing!

Look at Granny! She’s reading a book. Look at Mum. She’s putting on some sun cream.

Look at these kids! They’re playing rackets. Look at Joe! He’s playing with a boat.

Look at Grandpa! He’s eating a sandwich.”

2. Ask what each person in the picture is doing: "What is Joe doing? He is playing with a boat.

3. Play "I spy with my little eye someone ... fishing. Who is it?" Elicit "Daddy"

1. Play pantomime the activities we do at the beach. Students ask "Are you swimming?"

    I answer: Yes, I am. / No, I'm not.

Βήμα 4

Sing the song "Swimming, swimming "
