Great World Leaders of the Past or the Present

from 9/1/25 till 11/30/25

Dear students,

Now that we have almost reached the end of our unit, it's time you started working on your assignment. All the details can be found below.

Assignments

In the same groups you had in class, you are going to create a wiki about a great leader.  Each group will work on a different Wiki.

TASK

  • Think of examples of Great Leaders from the past or the present.

  • Choose one you think is/was particularly gifted (different from those in the book).

  • Explain why you consider them a great leader.

  • Enrich your page with images, mp3s, or videos.

  • Write down the references/links you used.

  • Your Wiki will later be published on the school website.

  • Stay focused on your role assigned (Leader / Coordinator, Researcher, Writer / Editor, Multimedia Specialist, Reference Manager, Presenter - optional, for after the wiki).
  • Each group has its own forum in the e-class platform. This is the place where you can communicate, share ideas, and organize your project.
  • Have a look at the assessment criteria given in the Rubric.
