Smart Teens, Smart Choices: Eating for a Better You

Good nutrition helps our brain stay focused at school, keeps our muscles strong, and supports our immune system so we don’t get sick easily. When we choose balanced meals—fruit, vegetables, proteins, whole grains—we feel more energetic, sleep better, and learn more easily.
In our daily lives, the food we choose is not just about taste or habit. It’s a decision that affects how we feel today and how healthy we will be tomorrow.
