📞 Asking for help

👥 Talking to the injured person

Don’t move. I’ll help you.
🚑 Giving instructions

Put pressure on the wound.

Lift your arm/leg.

Use the ice pack for 10 minutes.
💡 Use polite, clear language:
Please sit down. / I’m here. You are safe.
👍 Do:

Check if the area is safe.

Ask questions.

Call an adult or emergency services.

Stay with the person.
🚫 Don’t:

Move someone with a neck/back injury.

Give medicine.

Panic or shout at the injured person.

Touch blood without gloves.
