Time to write a story

Imagine you are in 2050. Computers are totally different from what they look today. Think and write about future pcs. Let your imagination run free and wild.

Have these questions in mind:

What are they like?  What can they do? Are they smart, intelligent? How? What can you do with/on them? How many parts have they got? 

What’s your favourite pc like? What do you like doing on your pc?....

Don’t forget to write your name, introduce yourself and mention the place you live in.

Use Present Simple, present continuous, can.., must…, like/love/hate/enjoy + noun or gerund,…

You can draw your PC or find a picture to go with your story.

Be careful! It's a story which means you have to write at least 3 paragraphs. Introduction, main body, conclusion (πρόλογος, κυρίως θέμα, επίλογος) 

Write your story and insert a picture. 

First do the reading activity An e-mail from an Irish friend , do the activities and then write  an e-mail to your friend who lives in another country.

Ask him/her how they spend their days at home and what they do on their computers. 

Write also what you do on your computer when you are at home.

Do this exercise and revise the parts of the computer.
