An Erasmus+ project.

The consept has three dimensions: 1)Swallows and other migratory birds 2) Refugees that in the last five years travel in EU cities and Islands 3) Greek refugees of 1922 who came from Turkie and settled in Rafina-our city- and gave to their community the name of their lost city: Trigliani.

Pedagogical targets: We try to teach the kids: 1) that animals and human beings confront many hardships as they try to find a better life in a new, safe country, and they need our help and respect 2)  about local history and tradition.

Timeline: 2019( March) - 2023

Activities: Crafts, puppet theatre, games (table and active), videos, visiting places and museums, reading books, songs, worksheets.

Collaborations: Greek Ornithological Society, newspaper: Migratory Birds, Net of Kid's Rights, Trigliani Association, Movement for protection grate Rafina's Creek
