2-4 porK chops

1 cup of olive oil

1 lemon

salt according to taste

The recipe

Put the 2-4 pork chops in a large frying pan or casserole. Fill the pan or casserole with water until it covers the pork chops. Turn on the heat of the kitchen to its top. Add the salt. Wait for about ten minutes until the chops boil. Then take out the extra foam containing the remains of the pork chops with a spoon and lower the temperature to the middle. Let the pork chops boil in the water until the water disappears. Add the olive oil and start frying the chops. Finally, squeeze in the lemon and take the pan out of the fire. The meal is ready to be served.
