eSafety

Action Plan

1. Get parents’ permission (doc)
2. Arrange meetings plan (see below)- photocopy of dates
3. List of participants (Coordinator A: Smaragda, Cordinator B: Eva in charge of checking the list, being absent once:notice, being absent twice: leave; groups should be equal, same number of pupils from same grade)
4. Share and collect information, text, videos on a platform(?)
5. Invite eSafety members to join the platform (passwords)
6. Meeting 1

• appoint or invite a Secretary to keep a diary of all the topics discussed and the decisions made at the meeting
• Decide together for the topic and type of presentation (story-telling, dramatization, art exhibition, powerpoint or other online presentation or a video or….)

1. Arrange pupils in smaller work groups based on their choices
2. Train pupils using texts, ppts and videos (handouts?)
3. (Photographers) Use a specific tablet to take photos of teachers and students, process and outcomes of eTwinning projects. Special training(take a photo, save, upload, attach)

November 23rd	1st Meeting	Set the goal, form groups, choose topic and type of presentation
November 23rd - January 11th		Study the material, come up with ideas, discuss them with other members of the group
January 11th	2nd Meeting	Get advice, reach consensus, complete your work
February 1st	3rd Meeting	Test Events. Schedule presentations in classes or in the Events Hall
February 5th		Safer Internet Day 2019 Event
February 8th	4th Meeting	Evaluation - Report on the Group’s Activities - Results and impact- Arrange dates for interviews to the eTwinning Reporters
