Hi, kids!! Is everything alright? I hope so!!! I'm fine, too!! So, now time for some new quizzes!! Are you ready? They are very amusing!!! Let's start!!!
1) Look at pp. 13-14 (Unit 2, lesson 1) of your book!! On these pages, you can see some very famous people who made a difference in the world with their actions!! Revise your notes about them and then, do the exercise by following this link:

2) The 4 out the 13 famous people in your book are scientists!! Now, watch the following video about the Top 10 scientists/inventors around the world on this link! Note down their names (The speaker in the video mentions more than 10 names of famous inventors, but I want you to note down the 10 most important):

3) Now that you have noted down the names of the most important inventors of all time, play the Hangman Game on the following link:
1) Watch the above video twice and then, search for information on Google about 5 of the inventors you can see on the video: Archimedes, Leonardo Da Vinci, Alexander Graham Bell, Thomas Edison and Nikola Tesla!!
2) After doing so, create a digital text about ONE of the above inventors by following the guidelines below!! It's great FUN!!! I'll be watching your progress!!!

In front of you, you can see the names of 5 of the most important inventors of all time!!! Pick one of them and then, find information about him on Google!! Be careful: you are supposed to pick the most important in formation, e.g. where he comes from and what the specific inventor is famous for!!! That is, just a short paragraph!! After that, click on the above link, click on the cross and insert your paragraph under the name of your inventor!! You can upload a photograph, a picture, a link to a longer text, a video, etc about the specific inventor by clicking on the relevant icon!!! Click on 'ΔΗΜΟΣΙΕΥΣΗ' and your paragraph is going to appear on the padlet I have created for our project!! That's all!!!
